Ordering & Payment
This is the 10% sales tax applied to goods and services within Australia. Overseas customers including from New Zealand are not required to pay Australian GST however your shipment may incur taxes and charges in your own country.
ORDERING ONLINE: just enter the number of items you want on the product page, and when you are ready to complete your purchase click on Checkout and follow the instructions. We accept online orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and orders will be processed during normal trading hours - Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5.30pm EST. Orders may also be placed by telephone. Orders are accepted once we provide you with a confirmation email. For our delivery policy please refer to the shipping and delivery page.
Availability: Certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability. For orders which will not be available to ship within a few days we will contact you and provide an estimated delivery time.
PAYMENT: you can pay online by credit card, with or without a PayPal account. If you register an website account with us you can also choose to pay by direct deposit. You will need to be logged on to select this option.
Credit Card processing
All online payments are processed by PayPal, the largest and most well-known online payment processing service. Payments can be made using your normal credit card. The PayPal Express system is integrated with our checkout process and provides you with a seamless and secure purchasing experience. A PayPal account is not required when paying by credit card. Simply fill in your details on the PayPal page without logging in.
Please note that within Australia our PayPal Express checkout will only accept Visa and Mastercard. Customers from outside of Australia may have other card options.
If you wish to pay by Bank Cheque, Money Order, or personal cheque please contact us to make arrangements. In all cases the items ordered will not be sent until the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Purchase Plans and Lay-bys: We are happy to quote on Purchase Plan or Lay-Bys, just contact us. Cancellation of a lay-by will incur a termination fee of 10% of the value of the product.
Exchange Rate: Overseas customers please be aware that credit cards and international bank transfers may incur fees related to the international transfer of funds and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your bank if you are unsure.
Cancelling an Order: Most in-stock orders are shipped on the day we receive the order, or the following business day. Cancellations can easily be made by phone and e-mail until the order has shipped. If the order has shipped, our normal returns policy will apply for cancellation purposes.
