For items under $300 you can click the Freight Estimator in the Shopping Cart to get an idea of the delivery charges before you checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Domestic Orders: Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery or delivery charges. Most orders are shipped via Couriers Please and TNT, or Austraila Post Express Post if the items are small. Courier service normally requires 2 - 5 business days for delivery depending on your location.

International Orders: International orders are shipped by air, though the specific type of service varies by country and depends on the amount of available insurance coverage. If your payment does not include sufficient shipping costs, we will bill the additional amount to your credit card. Customs, taxes and/or duties vary from country to country and will always be paid by the recipient of the order. Overseas customers should make themselves aware of the fees and charges relating to the import of goods into their country. We reserve the right to cancel orders for certain countries due to shipping risks. If this is the case we will contact you and refund any payment you may have made.

Sax and Woodwind...and Brass recommends that you contact us before placing your order to ensure that you clearly understand the likely delivery time for your order. Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate.
