Returns

Sax and Woodwind has a 7 day Returns Policy - conditions apply

In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind you may contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item within a further 7 days, along with sales receipt (your tax invoice or proof of purchase) and we will refund the purchase price excluding any shipping costs, or exchange those products in-store.

Please see the exceptions at the bottom of the page.

Conditions applicable to change of mind returns:

We are not required to offer a change of mind return policy but we understand that errors can be made. You must have proof of purchase and for this reason we recommend that you always make purchases under your store customer account. That way if you loose your receipt we can always print another one! "Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

  • If you wish to return the item for a refund, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, with all included accessories, if applicable, and must not be damaged in any way. This applies to mouthpieces as well as other products.
  • The cost of return freight and packaging is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend you pack the item well and insure it, as Sax & Woodwind will not be responsible for damage in transit.
  • Once the returned item is inspected and deemed to be in the original saleable condition, we will refund you, excluding delivery charges and any restocking fee.
  • Any damage or signs of wear and tear will be assessed by our staff/technicians and charged accordingly as a re-stocking fee at the complete discretion of Sax & Woodwind.
  • All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued
  • Sax & Woodwind reserves the right to deny a refund or return under this policy if the merchandise does not meet the change of mind return policy requirements.
