It's designed to offer total protection with no gap under the seam, a removable wooden disc padded with hard foam for double protection to the vulnerable bell area of your Trumpet, and a band of thick, hard foam sewn under the zipper. Plus, there's a zipper guard which prevents any damage being caused by the zipper.
The Gard Gig Bag is adjustable inside to perfectly fit the length of the instrument. You can adjust it by simply replacing the removable wooden padded disc with a thicker or thinner disc, which will help the Trumpet fit snugly inside the bag.
You can rely on the construction of the Gard Gig Bag, with the zippers of the Gard Bag are made of the best quality industrial grade materials, ensuring strength and durability. The strongest polyester/cotton corespun sewing thread is used, specially developed for high grade sewn products. To safeguard your health only permitted chemicals made by world class European companies, such as Hoechst, BASF and Sandoz are used. Before production each lot is double checked by testing samples in a Swisss owned internationally accredited laboratory.
