Covid 19 Restrictions July 2021 - what it means for our customers
This guy looks cute but we all know he's not! In order to keep him away we have some changes in place:
Store opening changes
Until the current Sydney Covid 19 restrictions are changed we are not permitted to do face-to-face consultations inside our store.
However we are busy filling online orders, and are working hard to ensure products are in stock when needed.
If you want something special like a new trumpet or saxophone, we are absolutely able to help! Just call or email.
These are taking place as usual with perhaps some short delays as delivery services start to become overloaded. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please bear with our Posties and drivers as they navigate through this difficult time!

Due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. We're taking every opportunity we can to reassure customers that deliveries are ongoing and that we've put in place rigorous COVID-19 health and safety measures to help keep them safe. Our website is updated as circumstances evolve.
Click and Collect
(In Store Pickup) orders can be collected between 10am and 3pm daily except Sundays. Please wear a mask and scan our QR code on arrival. Knock or call 02 9557 4588 to let us know you are here. It is also possible to pay at the door with contactless payment.
Our technicians continue to work on our repair and service bookings. These are instruments that have been booked in and undergone a one-week quarantine period on our premises, Please call or email to make a booking.
If you have a repair booking, please be sure to drop the instrument off at least one week before the booking for the quarantine. Please wear a mask and scan our QR code on arrival. Knock or call 02 9557 4588 to let us know you are here.
We will endeavor to finish services and repairs in a reasonable time however delays may occur due to unexpected events or restrictions.
In order to protect other customers and staff, no emergency repairs will be undertaken during Covid 19 restrictions.
